SPS/HGTG announces the upcoming release of their Law Enforcement S.W.A.T. Sniper Section Standards. The standards will be officially released during the upcoming Level III Sniper Command course in Chattanooga, 5-7 November. This is a comprehensive update of our S.W.A.T. Sniper Training Standards that was originally released in 2015. The updated standards will be provided to members of the Level III Sniper course and will be available through official request / subscription (no charge) to law enforcement personnel only.

The updated document has been expanded to include selection, development and operations as well as basic, advanced, post-advanced and continued training guidance and standards.  Sniper Pro Shop / High Ground Training Group continues to provide cutting edge training, and support to the L.E. S.W.A.T. Sniper Community through its multi-level training programs and post-training support to snipers and training client agencies.
